Cookies Policy
How this website uses cookies and local browser storage — and how you stay in control of them.

01What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website can place on your device to remember information between visits. Local storage is a related browser technology that keeps small pieces of data in your browser without sending them to a server. This policy covers both.
02What this website actually uses
HSE Consultations Office keeps the site deliberately lightweight. Today the website uses only strictly necessary browser storage — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Shopping cart (local storage): your selected documents are stored in your own browser under the key "hse_cart_v1" so your cart survives page navigation and refreshes. This data never leaves your device until you choose to send an order request by WhatsApp or email.
03Categories of cookies
Strictly necessary — required for core features such as remembering your cart. These are always active because the site cannot function correctly without them.
Preferences — reserved for remembering choices such as a future language selection (English / Arabic). Not currently active.
Analytics — reserved for understanding, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Not currently active; if introduced, it will be listed here and, where required, requested by consent first.
Marketing — we do not use marketing or advertising cookies, and have no plans to sell or share browsing data.
04Third-party services
The website does not embed third-party trackers. When you choose to contact us, links open external platforms (for example WhatsApp or your email client); those platforms apply their own cookie and privacy policies once you leave this site.
05Managing and clearing storage
You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings, and you can empty the site's stored cart by removing all items or clearing site data for this domain. Because the cart is strictly necessary, disabling storage may prevent the cart from working as intended.
06Changes to this policy
If analytics or preference cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and — where the law requires it — a clear consent choice will be presented before any non-essential cookies are set.
