Digital Product License
What you may — and may not — do with documents purchased from the store.

01Grant of license
Upon confirmed purchase, the buying organization receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the document within its own business: to edit it, brand it, implement it, submit it in its own tenders and present it in its own audits.
02Editable by design
Documents are delivered in editable formats precisely so you can adapt them. Modifying content for your own use is expected and encouraged; modified versions remain subject to this license.
03What is not permitted
Reselling, licensing, publishing or otherwise redistributing the documents (original or modified) outside the purchasing organization is not permitted. This includes sharing packages with other companies, uploading them to public repositories or template marketplaces, and using them to provide competing documentation services.
04One organization per purchase
A purchase covers one legal entity and its direct projects. Group companies, joint ventures or subcontractors requiring their own controlled copies should be covered by their own purchase or an agreed multi-entity arrangement.
05Customized deliverables
Documents customized for a client under a paid engagement belong to that client for their business use, under the same no-redistribution principle. The office retains the right to reuse its own underlying templates, structures and know-how.
06Enforcement
Each document carries controlled-copy identification. Breach of this license may result in revocation and any remedies available under applicable law.
