01The service
HSE Consultations Office provides HSE consulting, documentation, ISO system preparation, training materials and tender support, plus ready-made digital documents sold through this website. Product listings, prices and contents may be updated at any time.
02Orders & payment
This website does not process online payments. Submitting a cart or checkout form is an order request, not a completed purchase. Every order is confirmed personally by WhatsApp or email, where payment method (manual invoice, bank transfer or agreed alternative) and delivery are arranged. No card or banking credentials are ever requested through this website.
03Digital delivery
Purchased documents are delivered digitally in the agreed formats after order confirmation. Delivery timing is confirmed per order; ready-made items are normally delivered within one working day of confirmed payment.
04License & permitted use
Purchased documents are licensed to the purchasing organization for its own business use, as described in the Digital Product License. Resale, redistribution or sharing outside the purchasing organization is not permitted.
05Customization engagements
Customized work is quoted and agreed per assignment: scope, price and delivery time are confirmed in writing (including WhatsApp/email) before work begins. Client-supplied information is treated confidentially.
06Refunds on digital goods
Because digital documents cannot be returned, confirmed and delivered orders are generally non-refundable. If a delivered package materially fails to match its published description, contact us within seven days and we will correct or replace it. Refund decisions for customized work follow the agreed engagement terms.
07Professional responsibility
Documents are prepared with professional care and aligned to recognized standards where stated, but final legal and regulatory compliance for a specific project remains the client's responsibility. Documentation packages do not by themselves guarantee ISO certification, tender award or regulatory approval.
08Website use
Website content, including the generated document artwork, is the property of the office and may not be copied for commercial use. We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies.
